1. How do I know if my order has been shipped?
We will send you an email with tracking number once your order has been shipped out. Processing time is 3 to 4 business days before shipment.

2. How long will I receive it?
You will receive your order in 8 to 12 business days once your order has been shipped.

3. How long do I have before making a return and which items I could return for refund?
You can return any item for refund within 30 days from the date you receive it.

4. Who pays the shipping cost on returns?
Customers are responsible for return shipping cost.

5.What is the policy for defective/broken products
Please contact us first if you receive defective item and we will ship a new replacement to you and it is not necessary to return the defective item to us.

6.Can I still return items if they are worn, damaged, or have the tags removed?
You can only return items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, have the original tags attached and the original packaging.

7. How long will I receive my refund?
Returns will be processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt of your package. The refund will be issued to your Chicwish store credit or the original payment account per your request.

1.Refund: Receive a refund back to your original payment method. Returns must be requested within 20 days from the day your order delivered to be eligible for a refund. You will need to pay for your return cost for your return. But, there are 2 more alternatives:

2. Exchange*: Love it, but need a different size, color, or pattern? No problem! Exchange requests must be received within 30 days of the original shipment date.  We will ship the exchanged item to you for free once you update your return tracking number.(one item is only eligible for one exchange request)

3. Store Credit + $2 Bonus: We're sorry your order didn't work out, so let us make things right. If your return arrives back to us within 30 days of your shipping date, you can receive a store credit for the amount of your return and a BONUS $2 credit you can use toward finding something else you'll love. Returns can receive store credit for up to 30 days of the original shipment date.(Please create an account in order to use the credit)


How to Initial Your Return and Exchanges

  1. Click REQUEST NEW RETURN and then select the order and items you want to return. (The orders which eligible for returns will be display here)
  2. Click NEXT STEP and select the Reason, Resolution of your return or exchange. And SUBMIT REQUEST.
  3. The RMA Packing Slip must be included in your return

Please navigate to your acount's return section and select the order you want to return, and you will find the "PRINT RMA PACKING SLIP" option the left top of this section.


It takes 8–10 business days to process a return after it arrives at our distribution center. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your return is received.

Items Not Eligible for Refund or Store Credit:

  1. Items marked as final sale and customized items. 
  2. Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
  3. Returns received in damaged/worn condition.
  4. Returns received after 90 days of the original order shipment date.
  5. Shipping charges, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.

Items Eligible for Store Credit Only:

Returns received by Chicwish between 31 and 40 days after the original order shipment date (as printed on your packing slip). Late returns are not eligible for the $2 bonus offer. Once a return receives store credit, we are unable to reverse the request.

Returns received by Chicwish after 40 days from order date are unable to be refunded.
